Trim instructions

Place your untrimmed mats in your vehicle and check the fit. If you’re satisfied, locate the factory-installed retention post in the floor of the vehicle. Connect your GripClip first to the back of the mat, and then to the retention post, checking that there is no interference between the pedals and the mat.

If you would like a more customized fit, there are two ways to trim:

Use your old floor mat as a pattern.

➊ Remove the mat from the vehicle.

➋ Place your old floor mat on top of your new mat, approximately centered.

➌ Mark the areas outside the pattern and use a pair of scissors to cut away the excess.

➍ Slide the trimmed mats into your vehicle and check the fit.

❺ Once you’re satisfied, locate the factory-installed retention post in the floor of the vehicle. Connect your GripClip first to the back of the mat, and then to the retention post, checking that there is no interference between the pedals and the mat.

Use your vehicle floor as a guide.

➊ Slide your untrimmed mat into the vehicle.

➋ Use your judgment to mark all excess sections.

➌ Remove the mat and use a regular pair of scissors to cut away the marked pieces.

⚠ WARNING

Do not install more than one set of mats into the vehicle at a time.
Always use caution when using sharp objects and cutting tools.
Check that there is no interference between your mats and the movement of the floor pedals before driving.
